Please refer to our policy before booking with us!

Our customers are responsible for the safekeeping of our numbers and letters during the rental duration. We are not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur. Any damages caused during the rental will be charged to the

customer.
 

Cancellation

A minimum requirement of 14 days is necessary to be issued a full refund after your first deposit/ payment was made. This cancellation policy does not apply to last-minute orders.

Payment
‍The customer understands and agrees that letters will not be set up at the event until the balance is paid in full. Payment is due in full 14 days prior to your event. Your Deposit amount is not considered as full payment. We do not accept cash on delivery nor cash payment at the time of delivery. We accept payment via EMT, cash or credit only.

How does payment work?


We require a 50% deposit in advance and payment is due 14 days prior to your event booking. If your event is less than 14 days away, the full payment is due in full. We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.




What is the size of each letter and number?


Each Letter is 3ft tall and each Number is 4ft tall.




What are the delivery fees?


Delivery fees apply to all our orders as this includes delivery, setup and tear down. This fee varies based on the city of delivery.




What if the rental gets damaged at our event?


Client is responsible for the safe keeping of our items while in their possession. If the damage is deemed severe, then damage fees or replacement fees will be applied and taken from your security deposit. You are responsible for removing items out of the rain if this occurs during the rental time frame.




Why is a delivery window required?


We require a window of delivery time as it is not possible for us to be at your location for an exact time. We are not in control of some factors such as: traffic, poor weather conditions and road closures. We do require a minimum 1 hour window for set up and tear down. If you require a MUST have service at a particular time due to venue restrictions please notify us and we will try our best to accommodate. This service is charged at an additional rate.




Do you offer Pick up as an option?


No, we do not offer pick up at this time.
